H2BASQUE FOCUSES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES SUCH AS AEM ELECTROLYSIS, PEM ELECTROLYSIS AND THERMOCHEMICAL CYCLES TO GENERATE GREEN HYDROGEN AT A COMPETITIVE COST.
This project also aims to improve the scientific, technological and commercial position of the Basque Science and Technology Network and of Basque companies in the hydrogen sector, in general, and in green hydrogen generation technology in particular.

After participating in the opening ceremony of the REIF 2023 event, which is taking place in the city of Koriyama, in the Japanese prefecture of Fukushima, the Basque Minister for Economic Development, Sustainability and the Environment, Arantxa Tapia, visited the stand where 8 Basque hydrogen and wind energy companies are participating.

La European Hydrogen Energy Conference (EHEC) es la conferencia europea de referencia en el campo de la energía del hidrógeno, organizada por la Asociación Española del Hidrógeno (AeH2) con la colaboración de varias asociaciones europeas. EHEC fue identificada en la Hoja de Ruta Española del Hidrógeno en 2020 como una de las medidas para posicionar a España como referente de estas tecnologías en Europa. Esta edición se celebró durante los días 18-20 de mayo 2022 en el complejo Duques de Pastrana de Madrid.
